Enjoy 13.1 miles that begins in the center of town and takes you to our recreational path and through some of our lovely neighborhoods ending back in the center of town. While running, you will enjoy live entertainment as well as lively water stations. Runners will be asked to vote for their favorite entertainment and most spirited water/aid station.
Summerville holds the distinction of being recognized as the birth place of "Sweet Tea" and has a lot to offer with its uniquely small town feel and southern hospitality. Please join us for the third annual Summerville Sweet Tea Half Marathon Nov. 11, 2017. The race benefits a Fire and Police Benevolent Fund and the Dorchester Country EMS.
$65 -- March, April and May
Race cap is set at 800 participants.
Time limit is set at 3 1/2 hours.
No strollers, dogs, or any other mode of transportation other than your own feet.
